We are proud to announce our September Exhibition for the Inlight Richmond:
Thomas J Condon
"Micro Macro"
Tom received his MFA from VCU in 2006, a year later he received a Professional Fellowship from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. He is currently an assistant professor in the Photo/Film department has recently had a solo show, "Training for Zero Gravity", at the ADA gallery. ADA represents him during the year and at the international scope art Fairs.

WORN Gallery Call for Proposals / 1708 Gallery Inlight Event
Deadline: August 6th Noon
Decision Notification by: August 8th Midnight
Artwork prepared and ready to hang by: September 1st
WORN Gallery is currently seeking artist proposals for the month of September. The chosen proposal will open at WORN Gallery on September's First Friday Artwalk and will be shown via exhibition appearance requests the Gallery accepts throughout the month. WORN Gallery is an official participant of 1708 Gallery's InLight event. Therefore the proposal will be exibited at 1708 the night of the event.
InLight Festival:
1708 Gallery's InLight Festival will occur from 7pm to 2am Friday September, 5th. The 300, 200 and 100 blocks of West Broad Street in Richmond, VA will serve as a site specific arena for art. Various locations within these block have been identified as primary and secondary sites with walls, parking lots, storefronts, doorways and median strips as possible platforms for artistic engagement.
WORN Gallery will wonder throughout the installation sites.
Exhibition Appearance Requests:
The WORN Gallery is a mobile gallery. Location of the Gallery depends on the host/wearer. Public viewing is only possible by attending arranged events and chance meetings. Make exhibition appearance or gallery visitation requests to WORN Gallery Director: DianaCavanaugh@gmail.com
